To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written permission must be obtained in advance from Trophies-4-Everything.

Engraved medals, plaques, crystal, acrylic and custom items cannot be returned as the personalisation cannot be removed unless there has been an error made on our part.

In the unlikely event that there is an error with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction. We will require photographic evidence of any breakages or errors before any refunds will be made.

Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and an engraving fee if applicable. A refund will not be given on carriage. If the order has been paid using a credit card then a further 2.5% will be deducted. This will cover our charges from the credit card company.

Any request for returns must be made within 48 hrs of receipt of delivery. Please check your order as you as you receive it.
